When you workout, the cells in your muscles needs to be broken down and split. This vitamin will help in that process. Once the muscle cells are broken down, they are ready for the protein to be shuttle into the damaged muscle for repair. Magnesium

Without magnesium, your muscles will not be able to contract to the best of their ability. It helps produce a compound called Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) which is the prime source of energy in the muscles. Magnesium also increases your growth hormone.

Copper
