The Ripped Bodybuilding Diet Quiz
This Diet Quiz will let you know whether your diet is supporting fat loss or rejecting it. Most people assume that their diet coincides with a fat loss diet. When in fact their thoughts on nutrition and dieting does not promote fat loss. Many false advertising marketing scams creates the illusion that you will lose fat if you buy their brand. But in all reality, it will hinder your goals more than help.
If you are serious about losing fat, then there are two things about dieting that are important to understand.
- Weight loss does not = fat loss! Just because the weight on the scale is dropping doesn’t always mean that weight is coming from fat.
- A healthy diet is not always a fat loss diet. There are plenty of foods that are healthy but will do little to help you lose fat. Some of these foods include…
- nuts
- whole grains
- certain fruits and
- cereals.
To better understand your own diet and help improve it, I have created a Diet Quiz. However, since everybody is different, no questionnaire can address all the issues. But there are some commonalities that everybody shares with the nutrition and how it effects the bodies ability to burn fat.
How To Take The Ripped Bodybuilding Diet Quiz
Simply choose the letter that best fits your diet habits and practices. If more than one letter applies to you, choose all that fit. If none of the letters applies to you, leave that question blank. At the end of the diet quiz, add up all the letter you have. For example, add all the A’s, then all the B’s, and so on. Record your total for each letter and learn how well you did below.

Scoring For The Ripped Bodybuilding Diet Quiz
A = If you scored 10 or more “A” answers you will likely have a difficult time burning fat.
B = If you scored 15 or more “B” answers you have an average American diet.
C = If you scored 15 or more “C” answers you have a healthy diet but not a fat loss diet.
D = If you scored 18 or more “D” answers you are likely extremely ripped or headed that way.
The meaning of the letters….
A answers = Not ripped or healthy:
People who answered mostly A on the diet quiz will have a difficult time burning fat and are more then likely overweight. A serious change in their diet is needed to see fat loss results.
B answers = Average American:
People who answered mostly B on the diet quiz have a average American diet. In this case, average is not good. Since 66 % of Americans are overweight, this diet will not help you lose fat.
C answers = Healthy, but not ripped:
People who answered mostly C on the diet quiz are usually educated in nutrition and will eat healthy. These people have a hard time losing the last few pounds of fat and are stubborn to change their diet to achieve a ripped body. They are doing a lot of things right but need to learn the difference between a healthy diet versus a fat loss diet.
D answers = Healthy and ripped or headed that way:
People who answered mostly D on the diet quiz know how to lose fat and tend to make protein and vegetables the staples in their diet.
