Many times, you could get all your daily calories in a single serving with many types of fast foods. So stay away from those places and start cooking and monitoring your meals at home.

You should have anywhere from 5 to 7 meals a day. They should range from 300 to 500 calories in each meal. Make sure your read the product labels and ingredients. Count your calories and keep track of how many calories you are putting into your body. Calories add up fast.
