Instead, lean proteins choices like chicken and fish with vegetables are your best bet for fat burning. Complex carbohydrates and healthy fats such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats should also be included in your meals.

Water is also important in a ultimate 6 pack diet and should be consumed consistently throughout the day.

Once you perfect a solid fat loss meal plan, then it is time to put work in the gym.

My ultimate 6 pack ab workouts change from week to week and sometimes day to day. Changing the routine for your abs will help spark muscle growth. I like to train my abs 5 times a week, depending on how the abs respond to the frequency.

My ultimate 6 pack ab routine which works best for me is a 10 set routine with 50 reps per set. Within each set, I’ll do 5 different abdominal exercises for 10 reps each. At the end of the set, I will end up with a total of 50 reps.

Obviously, a 10 set routine that involves a total of 500 reps will not be ideal for beginners. But you can still take some of the concepts in this article and make them your own. By creating your own ultimate 6 pack routine to fit your level, you will get the best results.

  • Dragonflys – 10 reps
  • Hanging Leg Raises – 10 reps
  • Hanging Knee Raises – 10 reps
  • Cable Crunches – 10 reps
  • Cable Crunch Twist – 10 reps.

Note: Between each set, I will rest for 60 seconds before I start the next set.
