Eating a high protein meal after a workout which only takes a few minutes to consume will give you a better metabolism increase.

Note, long periods in a sauna after an intense workout can be dangerous. When you workout, you expended a lot of your body water already. When you go into a sauna afterwards to sweet some more, you run the risk of dehydration. It is not a smart thing to do in the case of sauna weight loss.
