Before we discuss Fat Loss Supplements, I want to discuss what exactly a supplement is. A supplement is simply that, a supplement. It is only there to help you reach your goals. You can not take a supplement and think it will replace a good diet and hard work in the gym.

You must put the effort and apply the knowledge of proper nutrition to see results. The best time to use the below supplements is when you have reach a plateau in your workout and you are trying to lose those last few stubborn pounds of fat.

Here’s a list of some effective fat loss supplements:

Green Tea

There has been many good things said about drinking green tea when talking about your health. You can help lower your body fat percentage by drinking green tea but, you will have to drink it several times a day with a lowered caloric intake and with a regular cardiovascular exercise to see results.

EFA

Essential Fatty Acids are known as the good fats. Omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9 are great for over all health for your heart and fat loss. This type of fat will help burn the unwanted fat.

L-Carnitine

These fat loss supplements are most effective right before a workout on an empty stomach. L-Carnitine helps use fat for the main source of energy. So, when you workout on an empty stomach, the stored fat will be used as energy.

5-HTP

This supplement is an appetite suppressant and a sleep aid. It helps for cravings of carbohydrates. Just like the L-Carnitine, it works best on an empty stomach.

Of course, no supplement can ever replace a good nutritional diet and consistent exercise. Without the basics in place, these fat loss supplements are useless and will not work.

    When a person decides on a fitness program that includes exercise stomach, it is best to include stomach exercises that work different parts of the stomach. If a person only concentrates on one area of your stomach, There will not be as effective training. The best stomach exercises, combine working the oblique, which are the lateral muscles, abdominals, lower section middle and top.
