Hey this was probably one of the most intelligent posts I’ve had the chance to view on the topic so far. I don’t understand where you get all your information but keep it coming! I’m going to send a few people on over to take a look at this post. Awesome, totally awesome. I am just getting into writing articles myself, nothing close to your writing skills (doh) but I’d like for you to have a look at my work in progress sometime! bowflex

    Hello Hassan,

Thank you for the Comment you left on rippedbodybuilding.com.

I would like to view some of your work in progress. If you have a URL where I can read some of your material or if you have a article you feel comfortable sending me, I would be happy to view it. You may use the Contact Us Form. Any material I receive, I will not use, take or post without your (the Author) permission.

I do have a few requirements that must be met before posting any article.
The following is basic and I’m sure you already know this, but I must mention it…

Each article must be written by the author.

No part of the article can be copied from someone else and presented as being their own work ~ no plagiarism.

The writing style is not all that important (everyone has their own style, which is good). However, the content of the article is very important! The content of the article should be informative and helpful to the reader.

The article must be related to Bodybuilding and or Fitness, for example Car Tuning is not related to Bodybuilding or Fitness.

Each article must be new, fresh and not have been posted or published anywhere on the Internet… Google and other search engines will penalize me for have Duplicate Content.

Links in the article itself is not allowed. However, at the end of the article, you may write a Resource Paragraph giving information about you as the author and up to two links to your web site or blog.

Affiliate Links are not allowed. Links you enter in your Resource Paragraph must be to URLs you own and operate.

No email information is allowed in the article or the Resource Paragraph. Readers may get your email from your web site or blog.

I hate to ask, but how does one stop spam? My sites have been getting spammed like crazy recently.

  4. Henry Webmaster  •  Dec 23, 2009 @8:46 pm

    Hi Billie,

I see you are using Wordpress, there is a plugin that may help against spam in your comment box. It is called Wordpress Akismet Plugin. You can find it at http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=Akismet+Plugin&sort=

Also, do a search in WordPress.Org Plugin Directory for spam plugins. Here is the url… http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/

Plus, go to WordPress Forum and look around, you may find some helpful answers. The url is http://wordpress.org/support/

And, check with your ISP to see if they have any type of setup that my help you.

Lots of helpful stuff on this site. At the moment I’m really focused on achieving rock-solid six pack abs. It’s my personal objective these days. Do you have any diet tips if the goal is to get a six pack as fast as possible? I’ve been told that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to include in my diet. Anything else I’m not thinking of?

    Hi Paris

    You wrote and asked…
Do you have any diet tips if the goal is to get a six pack as fast as possible? I’ve been told that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to include in my diet. Anything else I’m not thinking of?

    Yes…
All those foods are good to eat for losing weight. But more importantly, when to eat them is just as important. Eating fruits and oatmeal in the morning is good because they have a lot of healthy carbohydrates in them to give you energy throughout the day. Eating 5 to 6 small meals is great for dieting. Your ending meal should consist of high protein and low carbohydrates, such as fish or seafood. This is because when you sleep, your body needs protein to recover from the workout. With little calories from the last meal, your body will take the stored fat as the energy reserve. Therefore, you will lose fat while you sleep.

You bring up some good points…I’d like to know what you would recommend in my situation. Right now I’m aiming to shed around 20 pounds, get six pack abs and add muscle mass to my frame. But there are such a huge number of “systems” out there and I have no idea which one to trust. Can somebody point me towards a good plan for burning fat and packing on solid muscle?
