In this article, I have 10 fat burning tips of what to eat to help with fat loss. This will be a basic overview of what your diet should look like.

High amounts of protein promotes hypertrophy, the increase of muscle cells and aids in fat loss. Every meal you have should contain protein. The amount of protein you should consume each day depends largely on how much you weight and your activity level. A good starting point is to take in one gram of protein for every pound you weight if you are weight training and bodybuilding.

When going for those carbohydrates, you want slow digesting carbohydrates to insure your insulin doesn’t spike. Complex carbohydrates take a lot longer for your body to break down opposed to simple carbohydrates. This is ideal for fat loss because it will not spike your insulin, causing your body to go into fat storing mode. It also makes you feel fuller for longer which causes you to eat less.
